The place was clean and had well-appointed and nicely furnished rooms. It had lovely bed, views of the lake. Got private bathroom with a bathtub. The food was excellent, they offered an exceptionally nice breakfast. The pool was well-maintained.

the location itself was prime far away from everything though. staff was extremely helpful and very responsive, helped with everything.

The villas at this hotel are beautiful, with picture-perfect buildings and scenic surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, with great cooking facilities, a huge fridge, and a dishwasher. The bedrooms are comfortable, with a double bed in the second bedroom and a master bedroom with a lovely big window and huge bathroom.

It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance, including the best beaches on the island. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a king bed and additional sofa bed in the open area upstairs. The basic amenities were all in good condition, and I appreciated having a dishwasher in the room. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying, giving me a great start to each day of my vacation.

The location of this condo is perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach. It's only an hour walk to Queen's Bath, and there's a cheaper grocery store up in Waikoloa Village. Located in the area north of Kona, this condo is in the Kings Shops area which is very convenient. the room had plenty of space, and the kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances. the condo complex is gated and has mature gardens that are kept in good condition.

Parking was difficult to find on a few occasions especially in the evenings.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, being only a short walk away from the beach and nearby shops. The trails nearby were well marked and provided a great opportunity to explore local cultural sites. The hotel facilities were top-notch with an incredible swimming pool and well equipped kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the rooms were.

The lack of a movie theater and nightlife options in the immediate area. Some of the cooking dishes were not the best quality.

The views from the rooms are impressive, and there's a good variety of equipment such as beach chairs and umbrellas provided. the location is great: not too close to the noise of the city but close enough to be convenient to shops and restaurants.

The cleanliness aspect could be improved. During our stay, we found some dirt and stains on the floors and bed covers.
